We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@myarts.club to initiate the exchange
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
  3. Ship your item back to us using the provided label
  4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your exchange
  5. Your new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
